Edit mode is on. Click the + under any photo to upload one or more images — you'll get a chance to drag and zoom each one to fit before it's added. Click the name, video-link, or description fields to edit them; changes save as you leave the field. Marking something Built or adding a video link automatically moves it to the right section — no need to drag it there. When the "All" filter is selected and the search box is empty, you can still drag any card by its ⋮⋮ handle to fine-tune order within a section. The page title, tagline, and a few other headings (outlined in dashed red) are also editable directly — just click into them and type. Use + Add project to add a new box to the list. When you're ready to publish, hit Export data to download a backup file — send that to me and I'll bake it into the live version of the site.
